All of the staff were amazing striking up a rapport with dad immediately to put him at his ease. He kept his humour to the end, so they were joking and teaching him 'Devon phrases'! He loved the pampering everyone was so king and gentle.

Suggested improvements
Everything was wonderful and lovely lunch. The only thing would be nice to have food stools. Also a gentle exercise options of sitting standing yoga. Very well looked after by everyone very relaxing thank-you.

We found ourselves needing end of life care with nowhere to torn from the moment w were referred to ND hospice all our fears drained away.
Suggested improvements
We have been card for beyond any expectations so cannot concerns of any improvements. My husband has been treated with kindness, dignity and compassion. I have received a shoulder to cry on and help to deal with the most challenging of situations.
